Are your products beginner-friendly?


Q: I’m new to fitness. Are these products suitable for beginners?
A: Yes! FITJOMO was designed with beginners in mind. Our gear is easy to use, lightweight, and includes simple guides so you can start your fitness journey confidently—right at home.

How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We work with carefully selected global suppliers to deliver the best products to you as quickly as possible.

Most orders are shipped within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product, and shipping times may vary slightly.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey in real time.

We always do our best to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.

What is your refund policy?


A: Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original, resalable packaging.

Even if the package has been opened, refunds are possible as long as the above conditions are met.
However, refunds may be denied if the item shows signs of use, intentional damage, or breakage.

Returned items will be carefully inspected upon receipt, and if the refund policy is violated, exchanges or returns may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped, in which case we will cover the shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
